Limited Use License and Annual Subscription: Over twelve (12) fields including business name, mailing address, city, state, zip code, phone number, and where available contact name, fax number, web address and e-mail address, year the business was established, identified as single store, headquarters or branch location with the number of locations.

Revenue Category Field: We have categorized approximately 75-percent of the dealer listings into one of four annual gross revenue categories listed below. For the additional fee this field can be added to your list.
  • Below $250,000
  • $250,000 to $500,000
  • $500,001 to $1 Million
  • Over $1 Million
TERMS: Visa, Master Card or American Express, Check in Advance or C.O.D.

SHIPPING & HANDLING
Domestic: No charge for First Class mailing of CD. No charge for E-mail delivery. C.O.D. shipping fees will be added to C.O.D. amount. Labels will be shipped via standard UPS ground and a $15 shipping & handling charge will be added to the order.
Int'l: Int'l CD orders will be shipped via Fed Ex Priority mail. A $30 shipping & handling charge will be added to your total order. No charge for e-mail delivery. Buyer is responsible for broker and import fees.
